The Vermont Lake Monsters Internship Experience Program is a hands-on work experience that allows aspiring young men and women the opportunity to observe the business operations of a Single-A Minor League Baseball Club. All home games are played at historic Centennial Field (Minor League Baseball's oldest ballpark) in beautiful Burlington, Vermont.
The team originally founded in 1994, annually draws roughly 100,000 fans - an impressive feat for a state with a population of just over 600,000 people. Our season runs from mid June until the beginning of September while playing a 76-game schedule (38 home & 38 away) in the New York-Penn League. The various positions provide interested and qualified candidates an opportunity to gain valuable experience with a historic, Single-A minor league baseball team.
